SUBJECT 10- INFORMATION DISSEMINATION

Problem:

This has been a problem with not just the Transportation Department but by most Government Department in the Philippines. Not having to spread or properly publicized or scatter information for the benefit of public knowledge is one of the most needed ordinance or executive order to make.

Or

Some people just tend to act like they do not know a specific traffic rules and regulations to avoid apprehension.

Which is which?

One more problem with information publication is that not all drives has a smart phone that they can easily use to get updated. Some of them still uses an old model keypad cellphone giving them a minimal chance of knowing what.is happening under the transportation sectors. An ads on the radio might help but for what instance?

You can watch on YouTube (link provided below) and see how many drivers has not been able to know or understand some road signs and road rules despite having spending almost all their life on the streets as a drivers.

This is a problem knowing that the more cars and drivers we have, the more incompetent we are by means of safety, competency, defensive driving, knowledge and resourcefulness.

Concept.

As the Transportation Department and its sectors would not be able to properly addressed the problems mention above, we shall use the Baranggay Level.
An Information Dissemination drive by the Local Baranggay Unit with the partnership of The Transportation Department and Local Government Unit must and shall be use for the benefit of those who are lacking of knowledge when it comes to road rules and regulations. Through this, car owner or drivers for that matter will not be able.to excused themselves by saying that they do not know or might be overlooked a road law because once they did that, the traffic enforcer who are at the time is apprehending them will report the situation of non compliance to the head office for proper disbursement of penalty
