SUBJECT 2- ROAD ORDER MABUHAY STREETS

PROBLEM

A. MABUHAY ROADS & SECONDARY ROADS

In every streets in our country, we have commonly see the about those illegally parked vehicles that happen to just block the streets that shouldn't be congested. The Government Agencies who handles this traffic problems saw Towing as the solution but would it be possible for the towing services to be transparent with their process? How would the Government ensure that there will be no bribery and corruption that encircles this kind of solution? How about the no-contact policy? As we learned about this solution from the Agencies, we have thought of a more possible way that the Government will take credit from through Towing Payments.

i. PARKING/ NO PARKING
ii. CLEARWAY
iii. LOADING AND UNLOADING (Public Utility Vehicles)
iv. LOADING AND UNLOADING (Private Vehicles)

CONCEPT

i. PARKING/ NO PARKING (Mabuhay & Secondary Roads)
Visible Traffic Enforcers should be around the area to make sure that the ordinances and road policies are strictly implemented. Parked vehicles must be towed if it exceeded the maximum time of parking to avoid congestion in the area and for the drivers to be responsible enough at all times. A Well-Trained Enforcer would be a better candidate to be placed on this areas as they must strictly implement the law and order given as a task to them.

ii. CLEARWAY (Mabuhay & Secondary Roads)
There must be a specified CLEARWAY time and A PARKING times allotted with maximum of 2hrs. This will prevent from abuse of parking slots in the streets. And at the same time all parking slots is timed parking ex. two (2) hrs. another generating income for the agency.
Given Example: CLEARWAY : 7:30 am to 9:30 am/ 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm .

iii. LOADING AND UNLOADING FOR Public Utility Vehicles (Mabuhay & Secondary Roads)
Should be placed in a strategic area that will not impede other card and intersection.

iv. LOADING AND UNLOADING FOR COMMERCIAL (Mabuhay & Secondary Roads)
There should be a specific time to LOAD/ UNLOAD in the main street. But, during peak hours they must have a specific park area for UNLOADING/ LOADING. To transport the items will need to use trolleys.
