PROBLEM:
Remember the saying “ When the cat is away, the mouse will play.”? Same with our traffic and apprehending situation. When the enforcers are away, the car owners will do such things as illegal parking, swerving, counterflow, maximum speed limit or so they thought.
Some traffic enforcers tend to always surprise the drivers when in field. They stay out of the driver’s ‘sight, when the car driver pushed his limit because he taught that he was safe enough to do just like that and then came a surprise. Unbeknownst to the driver, a traffic apprehending officer suddenly appear in front of him. Giving him a sign to stop and to move away to avoid traffic jam. But the driver is appealing. He know someone from the City Mayor to the Head of a Government Entity leaving the Enforcer into defeated situation. Once the driver was out, he’ll probably do that again.
Name dropping is such a big mess of a problem for both the enforcers and the individual concern as their names are being dragged into wrongdoings.
Concept:
Concern Citizen Participation using a Mobile Application under Validator.
By using this concept, Concern Citizens within the vicinity of apprehension can take a video using their smart phones under the Validator Mobile Downloaded Apllication, send the video to the main server or stand alone server included in the menu bar and wait for the confirmation that the authority has already receive the video. If proven guilty, the driver will be fined as he was supposed to be and the concern citizen can have an incentive directly given to his account on the Mobile Application Validator.
Validator Mobile Application has all the needed tasks, informations such as gps location, real-time video uploader and receiver, clear and mounted video shoot and details of the uploader.
