PROBLEM

Illegally Parked Vehicles has long been a problem within the Transportation Department. Ticketing Officers being around the area is not enough for they deliver poor service due to bribery, corruption and "Palakasan". No proper system to carry out the job. No properly designated parking slots, not giving chance for other cars to park due to some othr cars paked their car for the whole day and many other problems to mention the few

CONCEPT

Using Parking Order Mobile Application together with Trained Park Officers will solve the illegally parked cars in all areas from Mabuhay, secondary roads and even in the residential roads. Properly in placed parking slots all-over Metro Manila.

Advantages
· Generating income for the Local Government Unit due to properly inventory of parked cars all over parking slots
· Regarding expired tickets still automatic inventory as penalty of expired tickets
· Less corruption in the part of the parking officers due the use of Park Order Apps
· Can check if the parking ticket is not fake or still valid for payment.
· Fair share of parking spaces among other motorist

How it works

· All datas encoded should deliver straight to the server including picture of the plate number, time, date, location.
· Limitation of two (2) hours parking time to give space to other vehicles.

For this to be effective, Additional Roadside Parking Officers (Supervisor) to monitor parking in roadside must be displaced within the area & no illegal activity on the part of parking officer for not entering the vehicle to server. .

· Issued parking together with the RANDOM Parking Ticket no. from app
· Using the apps: (Option) Scan the License for future reference -to expired parking time will receive sms on the part of the driver
· Using the apps: getting the details of the car by taking pic of the plate number and other details regarding parking time.
· The apps will automatically send the information to the server that the vehicle being apprehended has a drawback issue of parking.

For this concept to take full effect, a Mobile Application Parking Order must be use.
