The Trained Parking Attendant should close monitor the cars parked on his designated work place and must never make any amends into issuing an apprehension ticket. Through this approach, car owners will think twice into blatantly park at any given time.
This concept, as same as the Subject No. 8, has the capability to further the parking slot to congested streets at peak and off peak hours
